Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are an important piece of the Diversity & Inclusion and Culture strategy at MISO. They help us increase diverse representation at all levels. Driven by some of the most passionate, engaged people in the company, our ERGs drive an inclusive culture where every person MISO interacts with can feel like they belong.
Giving back to the communities in which we work, live, and play is an important part of who we are. MISO employees receive paid volunteer hours each month. The organization also supports local charities through payroll deduction opportunities.
