MISO and stakeholders developed a regional cost allocation methodology for Targeted Market Efficiency Projects (TMEPs) in 2017. With the end of MISO South's Transition Period coming at the end of 2018, a larger footprint for TMEP regional cost allocation warrants a reevaluation of the methodology. MISO is looking for any potential changes to the TMEP regional cost allocation that better aligns beneficiaries and costs while minimizing calculation effort.
