MISO's proposed solutions to address the following items related to Replacement Requests:

• Increase the study deposits for both Replacement Requests commensurate with current and expected study costs
• Update language to cover additional worst-case reliability scenarios for the Replacement projects dispatch methodology
• Specify the application submission and the Commercial Operation Date timeline requirements for Replacement projects
• Enhance the Replacement Reliability Assessment study to always cover the 3-year Commercial Operation grace period
• Clarification on Replacement Request modifications and timeline on deficiencies cure periods
