MISO presented an update and next steps on regional and interregional cost allocation. On March 20, FERC denied the January 20 Cost Allocation Filing. MISO plans to resubmit a regional filing by the end of April / early May time frame. Feedback was requested on clarifying questions.

MISO submitted a motion for extension of time to respond to the Compliance directive set for in the June 24, 2019 Order, Rejecting Proposed Revision to Attachment FF and Module A, to provide a cost allocation method for MISO's share of the cost of certain interregional projects.

MISO presented stakeholder feedback. MISO also indicated that discussions, prioritization and analysis of additional benefit metrics for use for MEP analysis is presently on hold pending the resolution of the regional and inter-regional filings.

MISO held a special meeting to discuss details of the FERC Cost Allocation Order and to request stakeholder feedback. MISO presented 3 paths to stakeholders for feedback.
