UPDATE: Nov. 9 Planned Maintenance to MISO Market Portal 

This notice was updated to reflect a maintenance schedule change from 4:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. ET on Nov. 9.

On October 30, 2017, MISO notified the IT & Systems exploder list that planned network maintenance would be occurring on November 1.  There was no expected outage; however, some customers contacted MISO after the cutover referencing connectivity issues.

Due to the impact on our customers, the network maintenance that occurred on November 1 was reverted back to the previous state on November 2. 

MISO will be rescheduling this network maintenance for Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. EST .  MISO IT will be working directly with those customers to resolve issues prior to this maintenance period. 

If your organization experiences issues with the Market Portal after the network cutover, firewall rules may need to be updated on the customer’s side to resolve connectivity problems.  Please contact MISO’s Network Operations Center at 1-866-296-6479 Option 2 to report such issues and MISO will work with you on resolution.
