CARMEL, Ind. – MISO today announced the appointment of Keri L. Glitch as vice president and chief information security officer for the Carmel-based regional transmission organization. Glitch, a veteran information technology leader, will be responsible for MISO’s comprehensive information security strategy, execution and operations.
“Safeguarding our information assets is a critical function for our industry and one to which MISO is deeply committed,” said MISO Chief Information Officer John Goode. “We are pleased to have Keri joining MISO to lead our cyber security team as we continually focus on our protective strategy and security operations.”
Glitch joins MISO having most recently served as the chief information security officer for AVANGRID where she was responsible for physical and cyber security, threat and incident management, and security compliance for all operations. Prior to that, she served as Iberdrola USA’s chief information officer. While in this role, she managed the strategic and operational aspects of all IT applications, communications, and infrastructure across four regulated utility operating companies in Maine and New York.
Glitch earned a B.S. in business management from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an M.S. in multidisciplinary studies with concentrations in human resource management, instructional technology, and service management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
