Consider spending your summer inputting data or schlepping paper around the office. Now think about writing code, defining models or developing marketing materials and then implementing your work to ensure electricity flows more reliability across the transmission system in 15 states and the Canadian province of Manitoba.
For 11-12 weeks every summer, every intern becomes part of our team. Leaders and mentors from across the organization, work with you to develop your business acumen and industry understanding. Not only will you work alongside experienced professionals to deliver against MISO’s corporate objectives, you’ll work with your mentor to come up with your own project that helps to further or enhance MISO’s core business. At the end of your internship, you’ll present your project to key leaders and executives.

We have just one requirement for our internship program – you must complete your sophomore year of college prior to entering the internship program.
